just wanted to say "your body lies to you". guaranteed if you hit a few xtra warm up sets you would have been good to go for the squats. enjoy reading whenever you update tho. i should add that you can squat 3 plates without putting on more weight, but it will take longer. i'd love to dunk one day but im only 5'6 lol
Lifted again today, belt was awesome again for squatting, for deadlift it was kind of digging into my ribs too much during the bottom 1/2 of the lift, is this common?
