loooooooooooooool

You should be losing double digits, easily. Without question.

My mom recently decided to drop a few pounds, she started at 145lbs. She was down 8.4lbs, to 136.6, in 30 days just by tracking her kcals. She rarely even hits her allotted 1200kcal daily limit, because she doesn't eat like an *******.

This isn't some f'n difficult puzzle to solve.

And I love how you're the one trying to tell us we don't get it, hahaha.

MLY from the end of our bet Jan 1 to now you could have easily been sub-200 and with a little WIM in the 180's.

Regarding the rest of your post: you're not account for the fact that it is a certainty that not all, or even the majority, of the weight thremp lost was bodyfat.
To not aids up Thremps thread, I'll respond to not "tracking food correctly" in my thread and the calcs behind me believing I'm not that far off when counting Cal's.

MLY,

You are truly amazing. Kinda terrifying and I'm glad I don't know you in person. (I think you are genuinely a bad person. Dishonest, manipulative, etc) But the fact you are able to distort reality so effortlessly is just something to behold.

Literally everyone on the planet disagrees with you, and your response is everyone is bat**** crazy. Amazing.

You do understand that I didn't even care about the bet with you at all, and said several times that I would do it because I had agreed to it (when I was manic high), but that I didn't care. I don't care about undertitles or giving you one. I cared about my bet with Black Aces and giving him extra motivation for the last month and I cared about winning at least another month against him because I had done so terrible the previous months. He was perfectly fine with me using a next day weigh in because it's not a big deal. He was traveling for work and we moved the weigh in, I was moving so I weighed the next day.

I do not care what you think about me. You don't know me irl, and you don't know who I am.

Super Fat diet ends tomorrow. I feel like **** everyday. How do people just eat pizza/beer/dessert? It seemed like fun until I woke up super bloated and wanting to kms. Being a normie gotta be bad. And I didn't even binge eat some disgusting frozen pizza in true super fat fashion. I actually made a delicious pizza. (The 100g of gummi candys were Haribo tho.)

I'm currently eating handfuls of cherry tomatoes to sate my desire for something that isn't made of highly processed grain or animal parts.

I could probably eat pizza and drink beer everyday.

I think I saw my first emotional support animal today at the gym. I have been going there on and off for 12 years now and have never seen a dog there ever. Some guy about 50ish was walking around the indoor track with what looked like a rottweiler cross type dog. I engaged him in a brief conversation to see if he had a physical handicap but he seemed fine. Just an old **** with a case of the sads. The dog is probably the only thing stopping him from eating a bullet at this point so live and let live I guess.

I don't think I could attempt to eat a pizza designed for 4 people until I felt like vomiting everyday. I had 1.5 beers. I couldn't finish the last half of the beer after I felt like death eating the pizza. So I switched to candy.

That dog story is weird.

Hitting the >BW power snatch was nice. Glad to get that. Technique is AIDS. Prob gonna need to grind lower weight complexes. Pretty sure my transition from 2nd-3rd pull hasn't been this bad since hitting a BW snatch was just as hard as it is now.

Weight 72.4

Waist crested below the dreaded 80 mark, but I think my body is still adjusting. I did have 6 drinks. My day seemed pretty in line with what I wanted but then gg'd and went out having 2 whole beers.

In other news, I find myself logging my ribeyes as separable lean and then 1tbsp oil to account for frying them, and then removing all the visible fat. I'm not sure if the this is a reasonable metric (clearly overstates protein content, but I don't really care, since I crush that basically all the time), obviously trimming/weighing in some order either before or after cooking is a bridge to far, and considering the fact I may eat ~4 of these fried a month, its kind of a moot point.

Regardless, I feel better physically today than when I was on the journey of infinity eating. So rather pleased about that.

Today I weighed in at 73.3, at this point weight takes a backseat to my waist measurement and any general information (clothes fit, mirror look, etc).

Cals were 4k/2k, both vague estimations, since the prior was a ton of floor beer and the latter just a binge meal of sushi, wine, crostata. (Shout out MLY. You'd prob love this. Basically its a pie filled with jelly/jam, and then some fruit on top. I used a human level of jam, but feel free to go for it.)

I'm still somewhat confused about how my training the last few months is "bad". I realized I had a problem with a lack of leg strength holding back my clean. Increased my FS max via a program specifically designed to do that. Then PRed my clean shortly after. Then I jammed my wrist and derped for a month to pwn MLY in an easy weight loss bet.

Now I'm trying to find a way to get sufficient squat volume while also not being terrible at Olytarding. Maybe I'm missing something. Am I not doing enough curls? Should I pretend to care about my bench? I'm pretty sure all the pulls I'm doing have helped my back get stronger and hence my press PRed. Or maybe it should have been my bench, hard to know.

So confusing.
