Has anyone noticed loco throwing shade at me the last ~6 months?

Think I'm gonna stop back squatting as well. I could do quarter squats Ilya style, but I think I'll just avoid the entire shame related to limited ROM.

Re: loco, nothing specific comes to mind.

Nice front squats, btw.

loco will be pretty pleased to hear you are officially too crippled to squat. So that is nice.

Seems like he's been after me since I called him a tinybro for getting full from 100kcal of "ice cream". Collateral damage probably.

Snitch,

Yes. It is shameful. I'm overtly shaming my family/clan/tribe/anyone I've ever met/etc, but its hard to rejoin my current results along with my history on minor low back tweaks from BSing.

Gonna be lolz when people ask my BS max and its < FS max. Only 17kg to go.

G4S,

I actually get full from ~100-200 cals of ice cream as well. I mean... I probably could eat an entire pint (sorbet ldo) but I just don't feel the urge.

Jelly beans or any sort of gummi candy results in 1000+ calories binges if left to my own gluttony.

IE I have like 7 pints of random West Russian ice cream, no a jelly bean or gummi in sight.

Gains of 7/7/5/5 over last cycle. Didn't do anything more involved than walking and masturbating. Weight is basically flat from start of last cycle. Recomp likely given visible definition and thigh change.

But ya, Smolov Jr terrible program.

FS technique is p good now too.

Looks like this log is lacking is decent programming and/or compliance

I agree. I am a good example of a middle age man who makes it up as he goes. Take this a warning.

NB: Please look to where I started from to where I'm now.

NB2: But I'm working on improving this via 2nd dinner and more wine. (PRAISE SALTS)

I wonder if I would have gotten the 129 if I didn't stay at the club till 4AM and have 10 drinks last night. But on the other hand, would I have hit the 125 if I hadn't? No way to know. Clearly not doing any cleans for >month was the big inhibitor of me matching my PR on PC and being way over what I expect to clean after squatting on any given day.

General thoughts:

1) Smolov Jr was fine. FS are a little less stressful and I'm old and on a caloric restriction. Extra rest days helped. But seems like a fine program. I think most people just derp it up worrying about doing a bunch of meaningless extra volume for who knows what reason and then overload intensity. I didn't fail a rep over two cycles.
2) Cleans felt a lot better in the hole if I pulled the bar slightly unevenly.
3) Apparently I can't do 3 singles at 96%+ of my 1RM after max FSing. So goes life.
4) Probably heavy snatch 1x a week, unsure what I'll do with my FS programming as well. I'll probably just end up lifting too heavy, hurting myself and spinning my wheels, cause why not.
5) Reading people comment on programming as if its some black art that only they are privy to understanding over the internet is one of the more jackassy things I read on a regular basis. I find this especially amusing when people who don't actually olytard comment on this. Atleast Emoken has hit bare minimums of DYEL status to neckbeard from.
6) Not every workout gets logged here. Cause posting my workouts on the internet is probably #50 on things I car about on workout days.

Magic or smth. Prob the knee sleeves. Waist measurement is about as low as in recent memory with more visible ab definition, so I guess I got a decent recomp.

I'd like to thank everyone for the input on how my programming was bad. I'll use that for a Bayesian update on how seriously to take any opinion you hold on programming.

+1 on the PRs, especially getting 115 after failing 110 first.

Quality plate callback from DT too

I couldn't imagine the shame of lifting in a gym with just 20s, what next a gym that has 35lbs plates as the "big ones"?

This is true insanity.

I focus on driving the bar up too much instead of getting under it at higher weights. Seems like a mental issue as everything upto the 99s were super snappy and felt great. I miscaught some of the cleans, but with my newfound strength I can kinda jackass them up at probably great physical cost.

Apparently I will not be training on Wed as I'm flying one day earlier than I expected. Luckily this flight is 3-4 hours later than when I normally expect, so maybe I'll have a chance to indulge in some walking or smth.

So diet today.

Half cup milk
150g blueberry
500g cherry
160g white bread
800g ribeye
75g protein powder (Like 340 cals)

Smattering of incidental oil and fibrous veggies aren't logged (cause lol they don't move the needle and are basically like eating air just more expensive).

I may or may not consume more bread and cheese, or like 100 cals of this weird pork rind stuff. Its like magic that if you make good food choices, everything kinda falls into place even when you're bombing giant portions of ribeye (raw weight, obv fat trimmed and turned into ribeye sammich and cold steak salad with ponzu/mustard dressing from serious eats).
