I don't buy the brined stuff, no. We do buy in bulk and freeze for later, although this batch of chicken was freshly bought because I decided I wanted chicken "for the week" that morning. (There's now one breast left, so I guess I need to increase the batch size).

My knees have been pretty terrible feeling since I had the right one make a weird crunching sound while front squatting. So I've been trying to avoid doing anything too weird. Probably doesn't help that it is the middle of the winter and I'm old. But just kinda grinding out low vol/intensity squats seems like its fine at the moment. Obviously the biggest thing that will help is is time off. I have a vacay 16-25 which should result in some generic hotel gym workouts which should provide some time for the knees/back/etc to feel better. (Back pain is just old man sleep bad back pain. Felt bad today, but had a pretty easy PC at 100 so w/e.)
Side Note: One of my bigger issues is that don't fully extend on my pull leaving the bar out in front a tad. This isn't a big evil (numerous WRs have been set doing this), but it has the big evil of not pulling the bar as high as possible and then requiring me to play around with my foot positioning on my third pull which I likely will never have the procioception to do.
Word. I am not much of an olytarder, but everything here seems reasonable based on my zeroth order understanding of it and my extensive experience with the olds. Good luck.
