Thanks Dmunnee. The upper back training has been paying off so far. I really feel stronger there.

6/6/2011:
  • Stretching: Whole body
  • Mobility work:
    • Hip flexors
    • Broomstick shoulder mobility work
  • Conditioning training: outdoor HIIT run/walk -- 1 mi in 20 min
Notes:
  • Minor pull in right hamstring -- walked (straight home) for the last half. I tore this in September running a hard sprint...glad I didn't repeat that.
6/7/2011:
  • Stretching: Whole body
  • Mobility work:
    • Hip flexors
    • Broomstick shoulder mobility work
  • Bent-over row: 135 X 10, 225 X 5, 245 X 5, 255 X 8
  • Lying t-bar row: 70 X 20, 110 X 2 X 10
  • Close-grip incline press: 95 X 3 X 10
  • Pulley rope pushdowns: 87.5 X 3 X 10, 65 X 10
Notes:
  • The pulled hamstring was sore on the bent-over rows, but it didn't impact the lift itself. To the contrary...255 X 8 is either a PR or close to it.
  • Substituted Pendlay rows with lying t-bar rows due to hamstring
  • Not sure about tomorrow's squat session.

Professionalpoker looks suspiciously similar to Skalansky imo, thought the name was wrong at first. Or that David's started calling himself "professionalpoker", which admittedly seemed weird even for him.

It must just be the photo, but it is funny now that you mention it. However, he's not David Sklansky. His name is Mike.

Also, given that this is H&F, I should mention that Mat and Kiera have been working out quite a bit as well. While they are both lean in the photo in my OP, you can see the results of the training in the pic above.
