not tracking well gonna have to bust a move last two weeks

I never track well. Something always seems to come up in the first half of the month (end of the actual month). Also my scale seems to have broken from getting like 10 drops of water on it. Wtf? Massive design flaw.

I know it well. The best I've worked up to is Fat Burner setting on level 6 for an hour w/o a break. Currently working my way back up to that.

I've started mixing in treadmill and the hybrid ellipse/stair thing to reduce wear and tear on my legs from only doing one machine. I don't like the pure ellipse but I may have to figure it out at some point. Stationary bike is just too brutal to keep my heart rate above 130 on.

Been working out like a madman. No idea what I weigh, just waiting until the 15th.

I am at Fat Burner 30 minutes Level 10 and Im dripping when done. I think a big number gonna be needed to win by me.

I think you burn more calories doing it for an hour. But level 10 for 30 min. is pretty intense.

Mix it up and do a minute at two steps at once also

Lost 8.8 lbs Great Month Some of those 60 minute stepmill at fatburner level 10 helped

Well my 3 year plan to get in shape is on track

I'm not sure I've worked out more or harder than I did the last month. But I had my kid's graduation and some drunken escapades. That's all it takes for me to not lose weight. I know I've added lots of muscle. So that should start paying off soon.

For first time this year I have no vacations, graduations, or hernia surgeries coming up. So hopefully I can keep this momentum.

I wish my gym had that Body Spex. Good to see a drop.
