I'll post the printout when I get home, didn't have time this morning. I thought I did really well this month. But looking back I guess I actually had two really good weeks and two pretty bad ones. Also this last week was really good but I generally have about a week delay on my losses or gains.
The good news is I added 1lb. of muscle and lost. .8% of my bodyfat. So mild but still unacceptable progress.
The bad news is I'm going to Tampa to watch some NCAA games and hang with friends from Thu-Sun, which generally means eating and drinking fest. Then the next weekend is my b-day So basically I'm ****ed this month. Really looking forward to 4/15-5/15 when I will DO NOTHING BUT DIET AND EXERCISE FOR 4 WEEKS. Except I'll probably have hernia surgery and be laid up for 2 weeks. DAMMIT.
