That is a pretty aggressive goal but it would be great to lock in and pwn your weight.
I still think finding a set of habits you can implement for the next X years (not weeks or months) is the way to go. Like, I don't know what Suzzer does on his night out, but whatever he is consuming, even if his metabolism sucks, I'd guess can be overcome the rest of the week by eating fewer calories.
One thing I've found can really help (besides not eating out) is to eat foods that have a really high nutrient/calorie ratio...they tend to have alot of volume per calorie. Like, vegetables and even fruit. It's extremely hard to gorge on veggies and fruit for a caloric surplus imo.
Obv I'm not saying just eat those two types of things, but I mean, if you're gonna go out all night and consume 2k calories of food and alcohol, maybe the rest of the day should just be cabbage and water or something.
