Hey I was shocked I did very good on workouts but not good on the diet. Super Cold month not good for Diet.

Oh well wasnt going to win them all.

Just hang in there. This thing has been the best motivation in the world for me. So even if you lose interest and aren't really donating the money, at least fake it once a month for my sake. That's all I ask.

Btw 234.8 lost 1 lb I'll post the printout when I get home, didn't have time this morning. I thought I did really well this month. But looking back I guess I actually had two really good weeks and two pretty bad ones. Also this last week was really good but I generally have about a week delay on my losses or gains.

The good news is I added 1lb. of muscle and lost. .8% of my bodyfat. So mild but still unacceptable progress.

The bad news is I'm going to Tampa to watch some NCAA games and hang with friends from Thu-Sun, which generally means eating and drinking fest. Then the next weekend is my b-day So basically I'm ****ed this month. Really looking forward to 4/15-5/15 when I will DO NOTHING BUT DIET AND EXERCISE FOR 4 WEEKS. Except I'll probably have hernia surgery and be laid up for 2 weeks. DAMMIT.

Ha ha we both lose this month. I went to FL for a week to start of boozing and strip clubs with my friends. Then it was my birthday. I've been working out insanely hard the last two weeks solid - but the upshot is I'm retaining water and completely swollen. I feel like someone stuck an air hose in me and inflated me to 50 PSI. The exercise will pay dividends in the next two weeks. If past form holds I'll pee all day Sunday and be down 6 lbs. from where I am now.

I'm not drinking until I get to 210, and have no more trips coming up until November, so I know I'll make it. Only hitch ahead is hernia surgery on the 28th. So I'm trying to build as much muscle, then I'll just diet for the 2 weeks after.

What's your charity btw? Feel free to skip a month if you're having knee problems. I gained a lot more than you.

246 I lost the printout but then I found it - it's at home though. I really do think something is wrong with me right now. I feel like my whole body is swollen and I couldn't have less energy. But I'm pushing through it.

Sorry I haven't forgotten about the donation, I just wanted to make sure I'm not going to get some PS e-check funds clawed back out of my account and cause me to bounce a bunch of stuff. After I get paid tomorrow I'll make the donation.

Sorry that took so long, things were a little dicey with Black Friday and all.

I'm getting hernia surgery on the 28th. But so far working really hard this month (no freaking birthdays or trips to Florida). I'm going to do a two-week low-carb cleanse thing after surgery - since I won't be able to exercise.

Hey better than me Went to doc and need an MRI. I have choice pay for it myself get it down in a day at $800 or go on the Govt list 2 weeks to 3 months.
Though Doc said Mountain Biking ok and its starting to warm up. Will be moved by Tuesday also.

Bleh. Hernia surgery. I've gotten exercise 4 out of the last 5 days though and am really focusing on clearing out every possible temptation to eat or drink this month (IE - hermitude).
