Well I'm pretty stoked about the fat loss challenge at the gym I workout at. I think that the biggest thing I can do is start recording all my food on fitday.com, and stick to it.
A girl at the workout class I do has agreed to be my "accountability buddy" where we login and check each other's food log every day. So we'll see how that goes. As a bonus she's also a local LA weather girl. But also married.
For some reason all of the married girls in that class seem to want to be my buddy, and of course I don't get any interest from the single ones.
If you and I are going to try to do this again, I think we should do that as the only way to really make it work. My work is just been way too insane. I've been working weekends etc. I can fit in the exercise, but dieting just leaves me too wiped out and two likely to snap ar my coworkers when we're under a lot of stress. Luckily the big project just finished, so it should be more chill for a few months.
