Well final weigh in time.

Pretty sad results for one year 246.6

I gained 2.2 lbs this year. Nothing positive can come from this other than suzzer shipping $200 my way.

240.4 in the bathroom, 241.6 in the living room. I forget when I realized the bathroom floor was giving me a messed up weight.

I have no problem pushing on this. Also still owe $100 to charity.

Good news is I've been doing that really hard group training thing 4 days/week and definitely added some muscle and shifted things around. Alot of people are asking if I've lost weight so, so there has to be some kind of impact.

The group training class is having a body fat percentage lost competition starting on January 12. He's going to have a a dunk tank and everything. That should be interesting.

Well I'm pretty stoked about the fat loss challenge at the gym I workout at. I think that the biggest thing I can do is start recording all my food on fitday.com, and stick to it.

A girl at the workout class I do has agreed to be my "accountability buddy" where we login and check each other's food log every day. So we'll see how that goes. As a bonus she's also a local LA weather girl. But also married. For some reason all of the married girls in that class seem to want to be my buddy, and of course I don't get any interest from the single ones.

If you and I are going to try to do this again, I think we should do that as the only way to really make it work. My work is just been way too insane. I've been working weekends etc. I can fit in the exercise, but dieting just leaves me too wiped out and two likely to snap ar my coworkers when we're under a lot of stress. Luckily the big project just finished, so it should be more chill for a few months.

How about this. Our weights recorded yesterday or today are our starting weights for the year. The person that loses the highest percentage of weight on December 15th next year wins.

Id be up for a cash bet of $250 or $500 to the winner via paypal?

I'm going to do the body fat % lost challenge at my group training place. It starts 1/12 and runs 4 months. They will have a dunk tank to measure at the beginning and end. I'll post those results.

FYI this is a commercial for the group training thing I've been doing. Going for 5 out of 6 days this week for the first time. He's really good about mixing it up so nothing gets too sore.

We had the dunk tank come out to my workout place today. There's a 3 month contest to see who can lost the most % body fat.

Beat: I'm at 257 lbs, 25.7% BF.

Brag: 191 lbs lean body mass, so my weight goal is higher than I thought - 224 lbs.

Variance: I'm drinking my last beer for 3 months tonight

Also there are "before" and "after" pics. I will post the before pic when I get it.
