Hey I lost weight like 5 months in a row and am down 15 lbs. from my worst. I'm not thrilled but it's a lot better than gaining. And I know I've put on a lot of muscle this year. I've had a lot of people tell me I look better recently.
This month I was exactly the same - 237.4
But I had two big trips, two major birthday parties, and a ****load of other stuff. In the past I would have easily gained 5 lbs. - but I think the extra muscle is really helping. Since I haven't been able to diet like I want I've been really focused on the weight training.
This month I have nothing except for a few days of Thanksgiving with family, and am really really excited to see what I can do with almost a whole month to keep exercise and focus on the diet.
