our classes usually do some flow rolling during warm up, then some techniques followed by rolling followed by more techniques followed by more rolling.

lookin' good Should be ript if you lose 4 kilos more.

It's quite sickening that you appear about equally lean as truly yours after cutting for a whopping duration of one week and weighing almost 20 kilos more...

Yea, I know you're quite a bit taller than me but still.
Damn OLDS.

I'm still ill but feel better today than the days before. Hoping to be back at bjj on sunday or monday.

On monday I will start studying bjj more from home. I've made an 18 week plan where I will study one thing at a time (like back attacks) for 2 weeks before moving on to the next thing. 2 weeks will be enough for me to watch instructional videos a couple times and try to apply the things I learn in class.
When I'm done with the 18 week plan I will probably repeat it again and again until I know most of the stuff well

1/3 of the stretching program completed
There is some brogress on the front split but not much, if any, on the side split.
I hope now to have front splits with right leg forward after I've completed this 12 week cycle, frontsplit with left leg forward after 2 cycles and side splits after 3 cycles. If I'm not getting closeish to side splits after 2 cycles then f it I'll never stretch again.

brogress

First bjj class since the cold. Semi lame class, repeated techniques from the camp for 50 minutes then it was time for rolling, we were an odd number of students and I didn't get a partner, they did 5 minutes of rolling then back to more techniques....
Then last 10 minutes were sparring and counting points which was much fun.

Class should be 50% sparring imo.

Found an old video about flexibility for bjj by my favorite bjj fighter Ryan hall. He's doing some bjj specific stretches which I will start incorporating into my routine.
I love his style with his amazing triangles, 5050 guard game and inverted guard.

Won't be able to make it to class today but will try to motivate myself to do some strength training and flexibility

Day 17: 87.3kg

Training
Back to back classes, first stand up striking which today was inspired by karate and krav maga. Some drills were really fun, esp like doing spinning hook kicks because they make me feel like a ninja. Will never record one of those because the ninja illusion would get crushed
Some other drills I thought were stupid though, a bit too much make believe in some of the krav maga stuff with eye gouging and ripping out throats etc

Then mma class which focused on take downs and some ground, good class.

15 minutes of stretching post workouts, will take a 4 day break from stretching now.

Day 18: no weigh in

Training
Brutal and awesome bjj class. Out of the 90 minutes there was prob 60-70 minutes of rolling and the rest was fun drills and a couple new techniques
drill 1: Armbar from mount - escape to side control - mount - repeat
drill 2: armbar from guard - stack and pull out arm - omoplata - roll out of it - take mount - repeat
technique 1: cool flip from guard, starting out like a scissor sweep then flipping villain the opposite direction
technique 2: ninja ****, villain is in turtlle position and you do ninja somersault into some nutty choke

macros: same as usual

Goals progression
44/150 bjj classes.

1.8/5.1 kg lost

Edit: Brag
Just remembered I managed to sweep a purple belt.
Don't know what the sweep is called but he's standing up and I'm sitting down, hook his knee with my same side foot, other foot on his hip, grab his foot and push on his hip.
4 seconds after he went down he had me on a foot lock but that's another story He cursed on his way down so I took that as a win

Day 20: No weigh in

Hardcore mma class. 2 hours lots of different kinds of sparring starting in different positions etc. Lots of grappling, did a few fun drills like
Go for double leg - sprawl - sitout and take back - roll into crucifix

Also learned a few new details for omoplata, a solid way to set it up and a new way to finish it.

Decided to have a cheat day today.
First some candy and chips with sick gf then beer with friends. Currently estimating day day will end at around 4k kcal
Bit more crazy than I first intended but oh well

I think youve earned it. 1 4k cal day per purple belt sweep seems like a fair tradeoff

okay so I got some vodka and cashew nuts and friends house then some more cals once I got home No Idea where I'm at now but wouldn't be surprised what so ever if it's 6-7k kcal feels like I've ruined the whole cut but oh well, back at it tomorrow starting fresh.

Diet is not great today but not as bad as my usual day after diets. Prob not gonna weigh myself for a few days.
Tomorrow back 100% at the diet!

Felt like i deserved some kind of nobel prize for going to bjj class today.
It actually turned into one of my best performances imo. Felt like i did really well rolling.
Got like 4 subs vs blue belts, 3 triangles and 1 omoplata. Also did a much better job surviving vs purples than normal. And managed to flip a purple beölt with the flip we learned last thursday
