Thanks, Renton. I haven't felt like doing much of anything lately. School, poker, training have all taken a back seat to drinking and binge watching game of thrones. Maybe I'm depressed?

Well, I'm back again after my periodic bout of apathy and laziness. Still weigh about 165 but there's a lot less muscle mass. I'm much more doughy than I'd like to be.

My fiancée and I are expecting a son in July. I gotta start taking better care of myself for their sake, if not for my own. Exercising and sleeping more, and drinking less are my 2017 goals.

I tried first doing presses but I'm dealing with a shoulder injury and press hurt too much to continue. No idea when it happened but it's been bothering me for a while, though it hasn't affected my performance in anything since I pretty much hadn't done any physical activity to speak of in months.

Not sure what I'll do if I'm unable to press...

Congrats.

IMO, just find some overhead variant that feels good. Dumbbells, high incline, push press, whatever.
