SPASMS/TWITCHES IN LEGS

does anybody suffer/has suffered from this

if so did you take any medication

i've had small spasms in my legs from time to time. nothing painful or debilitating.

likely has more to do with an impinged nerve somewhere.

If it's cramping and causing pain, it could be due to an electrolyte imbalance or lack of hydration. If it's minor and superficial in nature, then there's no need to worry about it.
