Yeah, there are some clean and jerk, and deadlift videos on my youtube account (SmileyEH). I'll take some squat video in a few weeks, the gym is packed these days.

Sunday I took an adderall and spent 12 hours writing a paper...then watched The Wire until 6am because I couldnt fall asleep. Monday was rufff:

Normal Warmup

Back Squat:
8x45
8x135
9x237.5 x 4

Squats were very tough, but mostly because I'm retarded and added 20lbs to last week's instead of 10 like I was supposed/planned to.

Bench:

8x45
8x95
5x135
9x155 x 4

9 muscle ups on rings. These sucked, I'm out of practice and it's tough to hang them high enough anywhere in the gym.

Ring dips:
9, 6, 5 ,5, 5

these blew.

Gym was packed and couldnt really do anything so I played 4v4 b-ball for an hour. I suck

I've got an inflammation party going on from the waist down .

Decided to up the weight by 12.5 lbs from last week, as opposed to the accidental idiocy of 20lbs on monday.

BS:
8x45
8x135
3x225
7x245 x 5

Shoulder press:
8x45
10x95
6x115
4x115

Push Press:
5x115

I hatttttttttte overhead lifts. These sucked so hard I just stretched for 10 mins, went home and iced my knees. FU shoulder press.

Also your overhead press #s from this last entry look weak compared to your numbers in like all the other lifts. You probably noticed this already i.e. your hate for them?

can't suck that much if you can deadlift 400, your other numbers are pretty solid

ya, i was wondering about that because your deadlifts and clean+press vids are not only with heavy weight, but they are done with good form but yet your bench press is really weak compared to your other numbers.

'Nother squat + bench program day today. My daily schedule got ****ed up with a little drinking last night then afternoon delight so I didn't get to the gym til like 7:00.

Back Squat:
8x45 x 2
8x135
3x225
5x260 x 7

Bench
8x45
8x95
8x135
5x175 x 7

20 kipping pullups

My groin is really sore all the time from this squating other than that though it's going ok. Form is occasionally sketchy, but thats bound to happen with 35 heavy reps in a session I guess.

Isn't 45 a little light for squat warm-ups? I do about the same weight you're doing and usually start with 85-110.

burda, my first sets are mainly for stretching out my hips and hammies.

Didn't go to the gym saturday cause I was too hungover.

Normal Warmup.

Power clean and jerk:
bunch at 135 and 165
1x185 x 4
1x200
1x210 (power clean PR)
1x205 - fail
1x195 x 2

Back Squat:
8x45
8x135
3x225
3x275 x 6
Quit early because my knees are bothering me. Getting some tendonitis from all this volume. going to skip monday's squats so that should give me two good days off.

Messed around with dumbbell stuff. Did some figure eight walks with a 45lber over head. Then did some turkish get ups with a 25 - this bothered my knee.
