Yeah I ususally use Costco for my smoking meats, but I was at a farmers market and picked up this brisket. Mistake.
@loco
it's not only white bread, it's ****ty dairy free white bread that my cousin brought over. I told him next time bring Butternut or something cheap or else I was sending him to Boston for a few months to **** a Berklee musician and think about what life without me would be like. Then he was like I am your cousin, cuz. And I was like oh lol I didn't think this joke all the way through. I ate half a piece and gave the rest to my son.
God Walmart briskets were amazing. They were $2.77/lb in North Carolina and yeah like 10-12 lbs. I'd use that stuff for stewing meat b/c no smoker but my stews came out facking perfect; not at all sinewy, not too fatty, just a nice touch of extra flavor and super tender. Wayyyy better than those overprice packs of "stewing meat" and only took me about ~45 minutes to cut the whole thing into cubes.
Tried to make a stew with facking disgusting Chinese chuck just a few days ago and mourned for fallen walmartana inexpensive briskets.
bros, I have no idea if you can find this anywhere on Ameritardia or Eurotardia sports channels, but one of the biggest sporting events in the great upside down land will be starting in a few minutes. AFL - Australian Football League grand final.
Unsurprisingly, it's a game for basic bitches that looks like it was literally invented by drunk people to be played drunk people, so it's easy to understand.
It presumably actually has it roots in Gaelic football, but the popular theory is that it was invented by a cricket coach/team as an off-season activity for the players because they would just sit around drinking all off-season and come back even fatter and unfitter.
I've been following nathan damron for about a year now and he's easily one of my favorite ig follows. He DNGAF about his appearance and just pounds out sick lifts over and over. He has flip flop lifts, split snatch lifts, one arm lifts, and all kinds of random stuff just for fun. Dude just loves to lift. Tremendous respect

Just blocked him on IG; thanks for the recommendation!
At first this looked like just another nobody trying to draw attention to himself, but his elegant style of writing has me convinced his ideas have some merit.

This is what bothered me about the post. It's clear that working on his emoji game improved his writing ability which directly conflicts his claim soccer players won't improve by doing core stuff... idk what to think
That kinda dumb post on IG is no stupider than "belts don't provide support, just a cue" or the idioicy that flexing really hard while doing a plank for 15 seconds is great core work. (While not belted OFC)
He rants in a totally annoying way, but his idea of training core functionality in a way similar to use is pretty standard. Most athletes don't brace the core because they is just dumb. Planks don't train any rotational aspects which are critical in force transfer in a ton of athletic movements, but w/e. Discussing dumb people saying dumb things is just w/e.
