Re: ****SEMPTEMBRO TO REMEMBRO LC THREAD****

I never realized that sausage gravy was just the standard gravy I made after making pork chops (drippings + flour + milk + salt/pepper) made with sausage and sausage grease. I just converted the gravy I made for the pork chops last night (which I cooked in the drippings of the sausage I had just fried up ldo) by chopping some sausage, sweating it in the pan, and throwing in the old gravy with a little extra milk. Awesome.

As an aside, I thought it was standard that gravy was made with milk (at least when made from turkey and pork drippings), but everyone else I know using water, which seems disgusting to me.

Sounds fantastic.

I guess I'm the only one whose scrambled eggs look like sliced up omelette......

You're overcooking it. Check the eggs thread in OOT or youtube gordon ramsay scrambled eggs.

Re: ****SEMPTEMBRO TO REMEMBRO LC THREAD****

Anyone venture an over/under line on the number of squat racks in this gym?

http://www.titaniumgym.com/thegym.html

I'm going to be looking at a rental very close to there, can't really see any other viable options. Obv if I like the house I will need to check it out before committing to anything.

Of course, that depends on whether there is room for my squat rack etc in the new place.

Have you maxed out lately? 6-7 reps at 100 kg should translate to about 120 kg 1RM, and that's another milestone as far as I'm concerned.
ty.

...and no. Haven't maxed bench in a long time. I'm riding my recent wave of good form (gotta play your rushes bro), so I'll keep doing max reps on 5/3/1 until it turns into a 1RM I guess.

tbh, I guess my next goal is 5x 3 plates... but that is like a year away on my current progression... still... if someone said to me today "You can bench 5x308lbs in 12 months" I would probably be satisfied with that. Not actually sure if it's possible (in 12 months) though.

Re: ****SEMPTEMBRO TO REMEMBRO LC THREAD****

Yeah, it's def getting into the realm of being unattainable... kinda like my 100kg press.

I don't know if I should be happy or sad that my goals are starting to get into silly territory.

Re: ****SEMPTEMBRO TO REMEMBRO LC THREAD****

I'm pretty stoked to be rolling up on 315, hopefully I get it when I max out this Thursday.

Snitch, imo you definitely have the room to grow -- 140 kg is definitely within the realm of possibility.
