Since I use an analog scale here at school I will start to use +'s and -'s to better represent my weight. 182+ means not quite low enough to say 182 but was definitely closer to 182 than 183. Think of it like a 182.25. I'm sure you can figure out what the - means.
Squat: 2x5 @ 285
Bench: 3x5 @ 230
Deadlift: 1x5 @ 325
Oooooops. I set 5RM PR's for squat and deadlift eating 600 calories a day. Sorry about that conventional wisdom...

Harder than 285 Wednesday, but I think it's a factor of the later it is into the week the farther from my most recent refeed and the weaker I am. Therefore, I will try 290 on Monday.
Press: 3x5 @ 140
Easy, plan is to find 2x 1.25 lb objects and microload to 142.5 next Wed.
Chins: 9, 8, 8
I don't know how one programs progression (stalls and resets and moving up and stuff) into these because it's to failure every time. Maybe I'll add weight soon even though I'm not at my goal of 10/10/10.

Got pwned. Bench has been giving me trouble in the 230-240 range. Plan is to reset and start microloading on this in addition to press. 210 next time, microloading will start when I go from 220 -> 222.5.

Maybe getting so drunk that I puked up my cheat meal of a dinner on Saturday was a good thing.
Squat: 2x5 @ 290
Gonna stick to my "increase on Mondays" plan.
Press: 2x5 @ 142.5, 1x5 @ 140
Barely made the 2nd set. I'll just try 142.5 again on Mon.
Deadlift: 1x5 @ 325
Comfortable with that, doing 330 next time.

Another successful squat-increasing Monday.
Press: 2x5 @ 142.5
I'm thinking it might be wise to just drop to 2/3 on sets for all the exercise (except pulls/chins). These went well though. The plan, similarly to squats, is to attempt to increase every other day. As for benching, I will drop to 2/3 as well, but will increase every time until I start the microloading at around 225.
Pull-ups: 8, 7, 7

Lame. Also, looking at my schedule... after this week I have 2 more full weeks before spring break. And spring break is obviously a good time to do a 2 week diet break. And I think it should be the first week and not the second. It's only one week without weight loss so I'm not too concerned (not to mention the weekend was pretty horrible), but if I were to reevaluate it would have to wait a month anyway.
So the plan for the next 4.5 weeks is 2.5 more cycles of RFL and 2 weeks of maintenance eating.
Workout
Squat: 2x5 @ 295
Bench: 2x5 @ 215
Deadlift: 1x5 @ 330
Felt good overall; moving up in deadlift is always cool.

Had pretty low expectations for today's workout because for some reason I had a little insomnia and could only get 3 (maybe less) hours of sleep last night. So maintaining squats was ill. Plan was to stay at 142.5 for press, but I didn't want to lug my 1.25lb washers because I had a long walk through some crazy snow to get to the gym. So I moved up and succeeded, which was also pretty ill. Chin-ups were normal/very good which was sweet. So I really could not be happier with that workout.
Time to refeed!!!

I'm pretty sure I could not have come any closer to finishing that 2nd set of squats without failing. 300 was cool, but 315 I think is definitely a way cooler milestone. Bench is miserable; I pretty much hate bench now. Pull-ups are always the same...
Thank god I'm done with RFL after this week. Eating at maintenance calories is gonna be amazing.

Press: 2x5 @ 145
Deadlift: 1x5 @ 330
Switching to light squats for the middle day now. Friday will be 300 again, and Monday I'll move up to 305. Press felt good again, 147.5 next time. Deadlift was a little shaky on the last rep because of grip slippage, but strengthwise I think I'm on track and will do 335 next time.

Drank too much last night, and it was in the form of girly sugary drinks, so I felt pretty awful today. Was actually kinda pleased with squats seeing as I felt like turd. Here's where things took a bad turn. At some point during the rest between my squat sets my elbows just started hurting like crazy. Out of nowhere. I pretty much couldn't do anything on bench because of that, even the 185lbs hurt my elbows a ton. Chin-ups actually turned out to be fine until the 3rd set where I just slipped.
