Workout - 6/30

RDL: 4x8 @ 185
Bench: 1x4 @ 280, 6x6 @ 225
Pull-ups: 3x5 @ +0
Curls: 8,8,10 @ 65

Just horrendous. Drank copious amounts of booze last night. Felt like *******. Lower back was very achy and stiff for some reason, did 345x1 at the end of warm-up and decided against the whole exercise altogether. Kroc rows irritated it too. Everything else went decently.

This is like the worst 2 weeks of my lifting career. Back is STILL ****ed up. I should really stop pushing it until I'm more confident. I went up to 315 today just in case I could tough it out haha. So no progress + some regression + stupid amounts of calories. ****. Gonna go back to school next week and do that whole not eat + cut fat + get stronger thing I've been so good at in the past.

Workout - 7/2

FS: 185x5, 205x5
OHP: 177.5x4, 160x5, 145x6
Chins: 2x4 @ +45, 8 @ +0

FS is kinda cool. Screw abs.

Truth. I think I've realized today that I'm ok with losing some strength to let this thing recover. Especially since I'm gonna need to RFL for 2 years anyway.

Workout - 7/7

OHP: 177.5x5 (PR!), 177.5x4, 160x6, 145x10
Deadlift: some light singles, back still not right
Chins: 2x4 @ +45; 8,6,6 @ +0
Pallof: 3x10 @ 70
Push-ups: BWx40

Overhead seems to be going well at least...

Very close to my back being good enough to squat. I'm hoping Friday.

Workout - 7/9

FS: 2x5 @ 205, 225
RDL: 2x8 @ 205
Bench: 280x5, 260x6, 235x7
Kroc: 2x15 @ 80
Curls: 3x10 @ 65

Played around with lower body stuff, meh. Only got 5 again on bench, so I progressed that 2nd set.

Fasted yesterday. Hardcore RFL now. I weight like a million pounds.

Workout - 7/11

OHP: 177.5x4, 165x6, 145x7
Deadlift: 2x1 @ 385
Chins: 3x4 @ +45
Ab rollouts: 3x6

fat 'n weak

Also, I have no idea how to deadlift anymore.
