An hour throwing in the rain, that sucked.. today was focusing on wide pivoting.. coz I missed yday, I really noticed today how sharp my throws are.. I guess the only problem with TED is you're throwing so frequently you don't really notice the improvements, or how much better or sharper you're becoming..
