Bunch of clean and presses. I was aiming to do 60 with the 16K. Someone called me mid-set, and I lost count. So I re-did 60 from the end of the call. Then did a few practices (10 or so) with the 20K.

Swimming. Did 1K quite slowly. It was at the end of a 200 mile drive, and 9 hours after food, so I felt really bad afterwards.

Get ups. Did 5 minutes with the 16K, then 2 minutes with the 20K. My form with the 20 actually was pretty reasonable for a change.

Swimming. Did 1 K, better pace than on Friday. Did it in sprint laddery things.

Why do people walk up and down the swimming the pool, going for lengths and lenghts, without swimming or splashing an having fun? I'm a very tolerant man, but this sort of behaviour should be illegal and punishable by public humiliation in the stocks.

Swings. Did 8x15 with a 16K, doing 1 set per minute.
Then 3x15 with a 20K, where my break lengths increased (did these sets in 4 minutes)

Then 1x15 with a 24K, and then my legs were jelly.

200 swongs with the 16k, in a hotel room since I spent a night away from home on work. Took 10 and a quarter minutes.

About an 8 or 9 mile walk. Ran a little afterwards.

And on an unrelated note, bought a new car (a 2.0 litre, 200 bhps number. Weeeeee!)

Ran 2.4K - I hate running.It took 12.5 minutes.
Then did 5 minutes get ups with a 16K.
Then swam 400 metres.

Practised clean and presses. Worked up to a single both sides with the 24k - the first time I've managed this left handed.

Then did swings, 15 every minute for 12 minutes total. 8 minutes with the 16k, 2 with the 20k, and 2 with the 24k.

Lots of clean and presses, working up to a single both sides with the 24K.

Then did get ups, for 5 minutes, working up to a single both sides with the 24K. I found it hard to maintain good form with this.

[Off topic rant]
I moved house 2 years ago, and moved 250 miles further South. A friend said he wanted to rent my house, and it seemed more convenient than selling it so I agreed. He argued about the need for a deposit, and told me he would change the carpets in lieu of the deposit. This never happened.

2 years on, he is 14 months behind with the rent. I verbally gave him 2 months notice over 2 months ago, and he shows no sign of having moved.

I visited the house last weekend for the first time last weekend with a view to getting on the market, and I was shocked. It is not marketable in its current state. He always assured me that his redcoration was excellent. However, he's redone one wall in a Jackson Pollock style. The place is dirty, and filled to the brim with his stuff (e.g. piles of old newspapers in boxes).

He is old, and fat, and scant of breath. Methink'st he is a general offence and every man should beat him. He is a craven ill-breeding boar-pig.

Swimming, 600 metres at various speeds.

Apparently, the heating wasn't working and the pool was cold. I didn't notice, (other than the fact it was just me in the pool, which was good).

Walked 18 miles. chose a random location on the South Downs for the walk, which turned out to have a section near an illegal rave. So spent that section of the walk trying to avoid drugged-up youngsters, who mainly seemed to be drinking strong lager and skinning up.

Get ups with varying weights, working up to a single with the 24K. My form is slowly improving with that weight, although it's not brilliant yet.

Swings for 14 minutes. Various weights, (12K, 16K, 20K and 24K) with 3 minutes per weight, except the 20 where I did 5 minutes. Aimed to 15 per minute, and didn't make it, due to resting too long at one point on the 20.
