  • Despite keeping yesterday's bike ride short, I still wound up sore. It rained the two days prior and I wished to get out, but it cost me a little today on the DL.
  • I've been enjoying the bike riding. It seems to target muscles that I've not been hitting squatting or DLing. I don't know if it will help my lifting or not, but it seems helpful for overall health and fitness so far.
