currently trying it actually. have only been committed for a week so far. I really like eating bigger meals than when I just ate 6 small meals, and I no longer have to worry about meal timing. I recommend checking out the hodgetiwins on youtube. they're great, and have a ton of info on it because they are currently doing it.
