Think I need to watch the 'healthy' snacks, which I am not logging properly.
I will start exercising this week too, although with a small time commitment for now.

Exercising started well with a short run after weigh-in, and then a dumbells session the day after, but I got a minor foot injury that put me out of action for the rest of the week. It seems more or less recovered now. Pancake day on Tuesday, though

I'm so disappointed with myself this week. I started well and enthusiastically after my last weigh-in, and then it went to pieces.

Early starts and a number of hours without food led me to some bad choices on my way home (last weekend there was no problem). I should concentrate on this issue next week, and not snacking so much in general.

Exercise was not enough - probably I should organise myself some sort of an exercise plan rather than being so ad-hoc with it. Its possible I could increase my protein intake a bit, but I'm just not really in the frame of mind to have a heavy protein-rich hot lunch at the moment.
