For the next two weeks the goal is to run a calorie deficit and lose weight. Current weight is 157 lbs, ideal starting weight for strength training is probably closer to 150 lbs. I'll come back to this thread in 2 weeks with progress and updated goals.

Exercise log:
Walking was my only exercise for this two week period. I logged 82.9kms according to runkeeper.

Log notes:
Wednesday August 1 I ate a full slate of calories but must not have had time to update. Not included in myfitnesspal logs are probably between 60-120 calories a day in marijuana edibles. Not included in runkeeper calculations is the fact that I would have been carrying grocery bags for roughly half of the kms.

General Takeaways:
Surprised I lost 5.5 lbs this period given I had a couple of blowout calorie days, haven't been exercising that much and had already lost ~45lbs this year leading up to OP. Surprised but not disappointed obv.

FYI 1500 calories is a pretty aggro base calorie rate for a man my size but I've been doing this for a while so consult a physician blah blah blah

Next Two Weeks:
Much of the same except include a full regimen of isometric strength training on top of cardio.

Below is a link to my PG&C thread which I'll also be updating today sometime. Until next time good luck to all of you on your challenges.
