Hi guys
For the past year ive had a horrible sleeping pattern, and no matter how many times i try to 'reset' it, i always keep falling back into a similar schedule
This is what an average week would be like for me

So as you can see the problem isnt the amount of hours, but i worry that getting up at a different time every day and having some days where i sleep an absurd amount and some days where i hardly sleep at all cant be good for me
my biggest question is, is this really unhealthy? or is the fact that im still sleeping a lot per week whats most important
Because i often hear that people with sleeping problems are more at risk of heart disease etc.
Would love to hear some thoughts.
