Re: pius's ss and lose the fat/gut log

im gonna have to dick with my breakfast shake . i can switch to skim milk that will shave off some calories. only problem is i have 2 gallons of 1%milk in fridge and no chance i waste it by tossing it down the drain.but i will be purchasing skim milk once this is gone.

Ha, glad it got a laugh! I was being mostly facetious, it doesnt matter what you cut out really. Your goals are this simple:
  1. eat 2000 calories or less every day
  2. get at least 200g protein every day

However you do that is up to you. But it is obviously easier to drop the snacks for filling items. You're tracking a current baseline, which is good. Now you just have to come up with a few tweaks that fit your budget, tastes and refrigerator to hit your goals.

Re: pius's ss and lose the fat/gut log

30minutes warm up consisting of stretching and 5 mins on treadmill.

i did a lot of light warm up sets before each excercise

squats 3x5x200 hard as ****ing hell had to take quite a while in between working sets but got them done

ohp 3x5x105 felt good

dumbell rows 3x5x75lbs also felt good

Re: pius's ss and lose the fat/gut log

diet breakdown looks good

I like DB rows in a much higher rep-range, perhaps look into 1 set of 15+ reps to failure, typically known as "Kroc Rows".

Re: pius's ss and lose the fat/gut log

stretched for 25 minutes

i jumped rope in intervals of 50, after two sets i would do a set of 15 pushups.
15 was pretty easy so after 3 sets i switched to sets of 20.in total i did 750 on jump rope and 115 push ups.

i woke up at around 230 today, but did not eat my breakfast till around 6pm cus i could not workout until 8pm. does this seem ok to you guys?
