here is the diet im planning on following
breakfast- 6 raw cage free eggs mixed with 1/4 cup breyers vanilla ice cream and 1/2 cup 1@ milk. and i greek yogurt. 750 calories and 65 grams of protein.
hit the gym
post workout 16 oz glass of 1% milk-250 calories 16 grams protein
dinner- will always be either fish, steak, burger ect along with salad ,plain potato, roughly 800 calories and 50 grams protein.
then throughout the day 2 chicken breast and 2 more greek yogurts.
im at about 2400 calories and and 200-230 grams protein.
for the record i can polish off 5k calories in a day with little problem ,i have a really good appetite. lol maybe too good
supplements are multi vitamin and omega 3 fish oil pills
