its the nuts imo, prob the thing that im happiest about adding to my diet over the past few months. super easy and simple to cook and lets you do a bunch of fun pasta stuff that you normaly couldnt do. I dont know anything about growing it, but the last 2 weeks the kroger near me have been out of it for so long. yesterday i was so tilted i went to their produce department and yelled at them to order more.

workout seemed really hard today. been eating sick good and getting good sleep - figure its either im not eating enough or driving in a mega blizzard to the gym stressed me out. either way still feels like a good workout
