I can't quite believe it took me almost 36 years of living before I was introduced to this method of making EPIC tacos. Perfect results every time.

I must have eaten 20+ / 10K+ kcals worth of tacos after I made a hefty batch of tomato-y, jalapeño-y, garlic-y, chili-y filling of chorizo and various beans on Monday.

Also, candy and/or chocolate have been consumed every day sans Thursdays lately.

Anyway, after binging on Mexican food for quite some time now I find myself really fancying something Italian today.

Lasagna will have to wait for a future Italian urge, though.

I did, however, turn the meatballs and tomatosauce (about 1.5 kg of each) into a quasi-lasagana (well, a casserole of sorts, anyway) by combining them in an oven dish, adding a layer of ciabatta crumbs and a layer of mozzarella, and sticking the whole thing under the broiler for a while.

Turned out pretty good overall IMO, but the breadcrumbs soaked in tasty sauce & meat juices and covered in gooey mozzarella are just the ticket.

Doubled the tomatosauce recipe FWIW, to have a bunch of leftover for tortilla pizzas.
Already made the 1st batch yesterday, for PWO. Not bad, not bad at all.
Plan is to basically live on them this week.

How's the UD2.0 going btw, we shredded yet?

lol no. Social life with multiple events centering around food or alcohol in the last 4 weeks shot it to hell (I think?). I was prepared for that though. Can't see any good way to adjust UD 2.0 too much since it's quite rigid in its setup.w

I'm sure 3 weeks in Thailand will do wonders too! Though actually it prob won't be too bad, given the lack of good calorie rich nomzies over there. Good thing azns suck ass at dessert and sweets.

For some reason I am just catching up on the earlier convo in this thread wrt to Golden Whatevers. If someone ships me the link to an acceptable N1H photo then I'll do the chop (this offer previously been made to loco via pm and he never got back to me). I ain't sifting through the thread for pics.

First golden loco was YTF. Disagree with rampant segmentation, should just be a community award for doing work - whatever it is for that person. Mark my words, the end of H&F began when we didnt immediately shun O.OT posters. The cheap laughs were just too tempting... (not srs)

I did lol at me competing at 74s, I'm already too tall to be a decent 83. Though I am contemplating a proper cut at some point just to get relatively lean for once. Maybe not Pummi lean... beer and pork bellies though

Anyway, during the next few weeks we ought to see if this was a smart decision or not.
Not that it'll probably even matter either way; I mean, I haven't set a press PR in two years and counting now.
Seems impossible, sans drugs and/or gaining a bunch of fake-LBM.

One trophy like that to rule them all sounds fine to me.
