Bulking, cutting, does it even matter? The only variable that is going to see change is the fatmass at this point.

But to answer your question, I've been 'bulking' for the last 5 months.
Planning on starting a cut next week, though.

K, 1st day of poverty calories in the books. It wasn't too bad.

bulk, though. let's wrap it up.

22 weeks. Average calorie intake ~2.9k-ish. Output 2.7k-ish.



Bodily changes:
BW: 69.8 kg -> 74.8 kg
BF-%: 10-12 -> 15-17
LBM gain: 0.5 kg, tops
FAT gain: about 4.5 kg

Strength gains:
Essentially none.
Mayyyyyybe some minor gains in secondary/tertiary work, but those barely count.

Plan for now is to average 2.3k-2.4k cals on Mon-Sat and on Sundays eat at maintenance cals.

Will probably end the cut with x weeks of UD2.0, but let's pick the low-hanging fruit first.
