Oly lifted again today. Tried to work on jerks again but my rear delt seems to go nuts as I'm warming up. I stretched and took like 20 minutes warming up but it still got inflamed right when I started the jerks. Coach said it was from being too used to the military press.

Very bad today.
45x5x3 easy, starting to get the feel for this and not falling over with very light weights.
Clean deadlift (no belt, double overhand, no hook, strict form blah blah)
Sooo much harder than regular ss deadlift but doing it this way should have more carryover to the clean. Will use hook grip next time.
