Nearly 3 hour long workout today, needed a snack break 2 hours in despite eating a bunch of fried chicken and feeling all bloated when I first got in.
Normally we max cj/sn/squat every 3rd workout but today we maxed both clean and did an almost max bs. I'm really struggling on jerks so we'll probably take the whole session next time to just jerk and do jerk assistance.

I think I may need to switch to push jerking, I get terrible knee pain in the leg I lead with and it's preventing me from getting under the bar fast and deep. Even without weight just getting into that position hurts and doesn't feel stable as a result.The behind the neck push jerks felt fine on my knees and I had no problems back squatting. I'm also leaning forward on the dip before the jerk and my hands unconsciously try to go into the same position I usually press from which is messing me up.

I wish. I feel like a flailing retard most of the time.There's a 9 year old with better snatch form than me who trains there.

I lifted yesterday. It really sucked as I messed something in my rear delt up during jerk warmups.

Really want to learn to split jerk effectively but the bottom is just so unstable for me compared to the push. Coach was a little disappointed at my push jerk donkness so I'll keep working at the split.

Overhead squat

hold at the bottom with 30 for about 15 seconds
oh squat walkarounds with 30 (you get in the overhead squat bottom position and then walk around with the weight overhead, was hard as hell)

Still really lacking in upper back flexibility which is why I suck at oly lifting.

Box jumps, worked up to 37inch, missed it 3 times before getting it. First time doing these, hurt knees a little bit. Everyone on the gym whiteboard but me, the 9 year old, and one other guy can do 40 and coach hit a 47 at age 40.

Chins 6, 5, 4

abs+hypers+foam roll.

Lifting tomorrow and probably going to mostly work on jerks and overhead squats again.
