Warmup was feeling severe pain in left lower calf/upper ankle tendon, went and took some ibuprofen from my backpack
270x5x2 Too painful, didn't do last set and took a 15minute break. Ibuprofen didn't kick in quickly enough.
I think I'll still advance 5lbs on friday because I'm almost certain it was just a result of not taking ibuprofen before training as I have since last wednesday after that tendon was giving me pain last monday.
120x5x3 KILLED, 2.5lb jump next time. ibuprofen kicked in, ankle/calf stopped hurting decided to do powercleans instead of chins
150x3x5 DESTROYED Needed only like 1 minute between sets.
Didn't do any accessories because I wanted to do more powercleans since 150 was extremely easy.

I changed my technique quite a bit last powerclean session on friday. I closed my grip down to the same one I use for DLs/press/baench and started with my hips a lot lower. It really paid off as I somehow powercleaned bodyweight when my best full clean like a month ago was 185. It definitely wasn't a strict powerclean and I caught the bar a little low, but it wasn't even close to a full clean either. Chugging milk in anticipation of 10lb dl jump on Wednesday, hopefully my extra cleans won't negatively affect dls.
I don't remember the 2p2 rules, are nudes allowed? If they aren't i think they should make an exception for my log.
