Do you actually know thats your BF? Seems very low given that you lifts arent that high (not trying to be a douch here...) and I think I remember you saying that you are 6 feet
1. Sub 80kg BW Win! 77.7kg yesterday
2. Squat 3x5x110kg Fail, did 3x5x107.5kg last workout
3. DL 5x125kg Uberfail, did 5x115kg with bad form decied to work on form and couldnt get it to work so now Im trying to learn sumo DL instead
4. Press 1x60kg Fail
5. Bench 1x95kg Fail, didnt try

Yeah, I'm 90% sure my BF would be around +/-1 12% at 82.5 kg (yes I'm 6'/183). I haven't had any brofessional measurements taken so obv it's a guesstimate.
