Like a week ago I wake up and weigh myself. 198. Seems high, prob just variance. Was expecting to see more 194 type number. Next day, weigh in at 198. Water weight lol. Next day, 198. I prob just have to poop a lot today.

But I've been counting calories, and even though not super aggressive, I'm pretty sure ill be back to 190 shortly (from the 194 I actually weigh)
