Is your suggestion that I should focus more on strengthening hip extensors (gluts?) to help solve my flexor problem, or that I should just make sure to add this exercise to whatever flexor ones I find?
Could you post a link to a pic/vid I tried searching google pics and was getting tons of different different looking exercises.
