I'm fairly good at eating at a big deficit, just not a RFL-type deficit (i.e. ~1k cals a day) - thus the 14 day limit. Will obv not drink a drop of alcohol during a 12-13 day RFL stint (max # of days for cat. 1 on RFL).
ETA: doubt I would have been able to finish RFL without EC last time. Think it'll be pretty near unpossible without a single cheat/refeed day.
