I like #8; I guess I like her airbrushed better. Some suggestions for Bropril: Brosher for Passover, Easter Bronny, or April Browers. I like Brosher, it could be used as a bro blessing: "Bro, eating a big meal before bed isn't brosher, you gotta eat 6-7 small meals."

I guess I'll put some goals here:

[ ] Lose 5 lbs. fat
[ ] Maintain at least the same work weight for all lifts
[ ] Increase bench press by 10 lbs.
[ ] Increase power clean by 10 lbs.

I've now been lifting for 3 months, and I'm still lifting light weights compared to most people on here. My squat work sets were above body weight for the first time today (175 vs. 171 lbs.), so I gather that my last two goals should not be impossible. Maintaining my DL might be a problem, though.

my lolbro friend on FB posted squat/bench/deadlift vids. all horribly bad. he msgd me and asked me what I thought of his squats - I told him they were quarter squats, horrible form, and to tell his friend to stop trying to spot him from behind like that... he got super defensive and said if I don't think he got to 90º then I was crazy.



he posted a 325 vid where he failed and it was so lolol.
his DL vid (405) will make you cringe. the kid is definitely stronger than me (outside of squatting) but if he doesn't seriously injure himself in the next year or two I will be really amazed.

Don't hate on his friend bro. That's some sweet man love masquerading as spotting. It's hard to get down and dirty like in public so you gotta get it when ya got it.

Also, doubt he gets injured, people just seem to life with bad form forever and not hurt themselves sometimes.

3. Bench 1x100kg (one time plz) Fail! had a close try where the weights fell of the bar
4. OHP 1x60kg Fail! Tried and I didnt have it
5. No problems with upper back/knees Win! Left shoulder giving me problems again instead

1. DL 5x135kg
2. Squat 5x120kg
3. Fix shoulder problem
4. Improve C+J form
5. C+J 80kg
6. Get a job interview
7. FS 1x100kg
