Greetings all! Have any of you guys any experience with JC Deen, and specifically his training program LGN365?

I've been following Starting Strength for about a year, and I basically ended up fat****ing myself. Another SS casualty, eh? I'm looking to change my programming shortly, and I'm strongly considering 5/3/1. I came across JC Deen, and his stuff looks OK at first glance. My goals are pretty much to get strong at a decent body composition (~15% fat), and look good naked. Some hypertrophy stuffs would be cool for a change, but I'm having a hard time accepting bodybuilding routines. I'm 35 years old, btw. 6'0", bodyweight ~215lbs.

Alan Aragon seems to like the guy, as per his blog post on the launch of LGN 365. Alan's also written a positive review on JC Deen's free dietary guide Look Good Naked. The LGN365 program is on sale for 65$ the next two days. I might buy just to check it out, and decide later what program to choose.

I'd appreciate any input and/or programming recommendations

if you have to pay you are probably being ripped off. i cannot imagine it being revolutionary enough to be worth $65

Thanks, Aidan. I've considered that, and there's a lot of stuff in the package, some of it probably not very useful or stuff I already (think I) know. Read the sales pitch, if you want. I must admit I'm kinda sloppy with diet, so maybe the included diet stuff, spreadsheet calculators and whatnot might come to good use and I'll finally get my sh** together. I'm in the process of cutting some SS fat now, btw. I'm not expecting a revolution, though.

Anyhoo, I've already spent 20$ on the 5/3/1 ebook and some $$$ on the Texas Method ebook as well, so 65$ isn't that big a deal, really. Not enough so to write it off as a ripoff. And besides, I like and have faith in Alan Aragon. Enough so that I don't think he would endorse some ripoff douchebag. Appeal to authority, you say? Appeal to Aragon, I say

Do you even lift?

Not really, I mostly lay around on pink, furry pillows while petting my chihuahua and drinking HFCS sodas. I do lift the chihuahua, though. Does that count? I can curl it like several times, even with my left arm. Mad pump, bro. I'm considering getting another 'huahua so I can curl both arms at the same time, maybe even a poodle for drag curls. I call this caninesthenics, you should try it.
