Could someone recommend a good YouTubes video that explains how the rebound happens in the squat and why the stretch reflex is so important? My gym buddy squats like I used to, all posterior chain and zero power out of the hole. And just like me, he is exhibiting astonishing levels of stubbornness when I try to help him, but I have finally piqued his interest enough for him to agree to watch a video

AIOTT: Thanksgiving is the only holiday that I have a "must have meal". All other holidays WE eat whatever we feel like making. As long as the family is gathered around the table, the food served does not matter IMO.
