Two things:

- the barbell medicine podcast is probably the best lifting/rehab podcast out there. It's really, really good.

- Lorde's Green Light is the #1 banger of 2017.

I'm more excited than I should be; I enjoyed both of their appearances on Thrall's channel a few months back and have been watching/listening to old SS podcasts with either or both of them in it ever since.
