I thought episodes 8 and 9 for Fargo season 2 were far below the quality of the rest. Still the best thing on TV though ldo.

Oh except River... have I mentioned River?

You have not, but please do. Reviews are spotty tstl.

Nice, tight, solid OP. Beergirl never gets old. Except that she does, but not on the internet.

Nope, I do not, sorry. Nor have I ever really come across anything like the definitive guide to kettle-tarding programming - or conditioning in general now that I think about it.

Wait... or do you mean technique/form? You can mostly just follow the usual lifting cues for the barbell equivalent. squat, pushpress, etc. Swings are basically a sldl/rdl/dimel dl. Snatch and clean are a fair bit different I guess, but you know the basics, you'll figure it out.

Thinking about it some more, you might find that those weights are way too light for you to do much real work with.

Now what can I use these iron balls for?

I do powerlifting work 5 times a week, I break a sweat if I'm walking a flight of stairs, so maybe some sort of cardio tarding with them?
Ignore Snitch. He doesn't know what he is talking about.

That should be fine. Learning to hold the bell correctly (more of a diagonal across the palm) is very important. There are a couple techniques for snatching. I prefer the twist over the punch. Learn both IMO and decide for yourself.

Also, those bells are ridic light. 24kg is male standard. I use 16 for cardio and on occasion bust out the 32s. I suspect you are stronger than I am. On the other hand, those may be great for any children/elderly or extremely small people you will be training. (Also good for learning technique.)

Fack, I should do KB swings again. That was among the best deadlift assistance + conditioning work I ever did find.

They're pretty sweet for people who're hitting PC hard 1x a week. I've dumped them since Olytarding obviously involves middling deadlifts infinity times a week.

While I hate GFLUX and other things like that, most people could be significantly more active doing light conditioning (esp for people on 2x a week heavy lifting) or just generally engaging in frivolity that does not involves sitting for extended periods.

ok, bros. Seems like the cool thing to do these days is ditch flat bench for incline bench. What's the go? Who's got a link on how to incline bench properly?

Grab bar, push upwards in kind of like an incline

Still afraid of that since I saw a guy take out all his teeth doing it. In high school, we ALL dropped it on our head at least once but...not like that.

Uh, great exercise though.

Just watched the first episode of Westworld. Brilliant.

No more than 30-45 degrees for incline bench otherwise it becomes much more of a delt then pec exercise. That's about all you need to know. The rest kind of just falls into place.

I prefer dumbbells because of that whole face thing, plus you need to work on the stabilizers that the barbell just can't. Plus its easy to neutral grip press or at least have some degree of rotation that the bar can't allow.

We came third as the quizanthemums. Lost it on a round where you had to know who sung the James Bond themes.
