Guys got one at Pan Ams, zero from Worlds.

So far Kendrick has it but since Pan Ams are before the Olympic in 2012 America can earn another one.

I'm going to throw it out there and say that the judges (who can spot a 10 degree bend in an elbow) didn't miss the 300lb dude banging a 500lb bar on the ground...

ftr, I didn't know that was the rule (the knee thing) either, but the Eurosport commentators explained it straight up.

does seem weird given that bumpers bounce. I'm assuming they'll red light it if you bounce 'em?

It's strange that they didn't try that after the 08 games, but that's awesome. I'm sure the barbell rotation is hilarious on those crap bars most gyms have.

I think anyone cleaning under a reasonable amount (aka everyone trying it out on Costco bars) probably won't notice. Or they will hear that argument and use it to explain why they can't clean 135.

Re: The O-lifting Thread

Not to mention their likely total lack of proper elbow rotation which reduces the need for barbell rotation.
