What do you do on a day when it's just not working out? Failing warmup lifts, can't get to your target, not feeling confident etc. I feel like I give up too easily but I have no idea what to do when things aren't going to plan.
Try dropping the weight and working back up. Work where you still feel fast, or quit for the day and work on an accessory lift or some other weakness. Or just take a day off, eat enough and rest well and come back at it again.
