3x3 snatch balance 95#

Thoughts on romaleos:
In short; they're are ****ing awesome. Comfortable as **** right out of box, snug fit, but no pressure points and feel super solid. Not as heavy as I expected either. I wished I woulda got them a long time ago. I'm excited to Oly in them.

Did a bunch of front squats n jerks with 135# and 185# just breaking in shoes

heres a funny miss at 175 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXnY6...ature=youtu.be ; jumped a little forward and got ejected out the front. been doing too many KB swings and has me hipping the bar out instead of up i think
170# was the best rep i've probably ever done; perfect bar path and easiest catch ever.

3x12 reverse hyper 70#

Yea I def need to do more volume alot heavier. Thinking about doing an all Oly program since conditioning sucks anyway

Have you looked at any programs? I'm thinking of going from CFFB to a bulgarian program in June.
