6x3 snatch pulls from floor 215#
6x1 p snatch 135, 155,155,165,165,175; PR but pressed it out in the catch so not really. tweaked my left elbow a little in the process and decided to call it a day

then did short met con of 95# snatches and running; did a fair amount of drinking yesterday so i kinda half assed this. meh

My right shoulder started giving out as I was going too slow/ taking too much time between reps, also Mayb going a little to deep; excited to retest my 1rm

5 burpees

Started out at 195# but It was too heavy. Did 185# for 2nd round
And 165# for the remainder.. The burpees made it alot harder

got to 210# and kept dumping it forward; felt fine tracking down but kept dumping forward on way up; need to focus on keeping the bar behind me and locked in; need to get some OLY shoes, trying again sunday

then did max rep KB swings in 2 mins
44, with 2 pood
my plan was not to set it down at all but i dropped it after rep 28

28:17; my partner was an airsquat machine, did 100 straight away; i did most of sit ups and we split KB's
my first 200m was :36, progressively slower after that

15 reps the first round. I suck at bench, supposed to be at body weight which would be 165# but did less so I could get more reps

Half assed the 1st open workout for fun
7 mins of burpees, touching bar with both hands that's at least 6" above outstretched hand
Pretty much the dumbest workout of all time IMO

Got 79, I think I could prolly get about 100ish if I tried. Did 25 in first minute

plannin on doing squat mon/thurs and bench/press/push press on tues with shorter ~5 min met cons; probably one day of longer running met con

then
did 5 rounds; :30 rest in between
5 DLs 255#
sprint 100m
10 pull ups
6:59 - 2mins rest= 4:59

Did 1x5 175# and 155#
I think I may need to try a wider grip

Then did
2x 5 wall climbs
And a quick met con of v ups and lat jumps
After went and played 4v4 Bball,
Actually made some shots it was fun

My mid back is super sore from Dls yesterday/ trying to hold my shoulders back cause I t&ged them unbroken.
