Press 145x4, 135x4
Terrible. Form was off, mainly because I don't know if I want to do a strict press, push press, ect. So far, I've just been focusing on trying to get the weight up over my head. Need to reset this and re-work form.
1. I missed my squats last week, for the 2nd time.
2. Press has stalled.
3. Bench Press is starting to feel heavy, but haven't stalled yet.
4. Deadlifts still going up, 5lb per week.
I immediately wanted to go back to 5/3/1, which I jumped into before beginning SS six weeks ago.
I WILL NOT BE A ***** AND RUN FROM A PROGRAM THAT WILL HELP ME GAIN STRENGTH BETTER THAN ANY OTHER AT THIS CURRENT TIME.
Got 2 training days left this week to get some numbers up. Peace.
Yup. I mean, everything is really a new high..thing is, I've never trained in this way before, kept track, lifted "heavy". It was all maximum reps, baby! (sorry..couldn't help myself)
What I would give to trade in the last 2 years of on-off "bro" lifting for a real program, food, and some ASS-KICKING!
First session at a different Gold's, which is right next to my new apartment complex. It's got a more old school feel..old weights, less yellow everywhere..pretty sweet. They're renovating it atm, so hopefully nothing really stupid happens.
