New Log 4 the Shrog
I posted here a few years ago and had a SS log...didn't do much with it. I've still been lifting, on and off still, over the last 2.5 years, but with no real program. For the last 3 months, I've become really interested in building strength and doing a powerlifting comp. as a longterm goal.
I did a few cycles of 5/3/1 prior to this. While I'm not ready for that program, it got me really psyched about training again. This will be my log for Starting Strength until my lifts stall.
I'll post my first 2 workouts, and upload some squat videos from the last few weeks.

Coming in strong, nice.
I'd modify your warmups a bit. You're doing a lot near workset, which in the grand scheme probably doesn't make a huge difference but give this a shot.
