Thanks. But it is kind of buried in there. I need to move it back up in a more prominent position in the FAQ.

Dunno if you still want FAQ input here tsearcher, but perhaps it's time to include the post from our beloved Rippletoe on injury rehabilitation in the FAQ? Injury questions come up tons and that post could answer a lot of them.

It's in the resource guide. But you're right it should also be included in the FAQ. I'll add it sometime this week.

Maybe I should add something about weight loss bets too.

Bump

FAQ could do with updating and maybe one day I'll not be lazy and suggest an outline. As of now, I think it'd be a good idea for AB's "clean eating" post to be linked in the FAQ.

FAQ is severely lacking in discussion about Insanity imo.

The FAQ can definitely use an update, and the beginners sticky thread serves as a solid repository of questions that are frequently asked.

It would be a good idea to extract a list of questions from there that the FAQ should contain (since the answers are in there, it shouldn't be too hard to recompile the final FAQ, which I am happy to do.)

Feel free to use this thread as a question list dump.

I'll try to compile something on WL shoes from the recent series of posts.

Aidan - is there much info on women's WL shoes? I guess I can just ask in the LC thread but my g/f is finally jonesing for some decent shoes.

Haha about to start that search myself for my wife! Havent ready much specifically so far, but many of the shoe manufacturers seem to suggest the shoes are unisex and give sizing instructions for both.

I think saw or HS bought a pair of the pinks ones for their partner, but I forget the brand.

Yeah, I remember some sorta pink shoes posted at some point. For some reason I remember HS being the poster of that? But maybe saw, I dno.

Lmk what you find. Ofc my g/f first mentions this last week and is now mentioning it like every day. Like I have been sitting on WL shoe options for a year but am waiting for her to "come 'round" before presenting them.

But really though, I'm excited she's getting WL shoes - means she's planning to continue ldo .

We had a great thread on WL shoes I said should be added to the sticky and it wasn't.

Think it was some random posts spread over the LC and BQ threads and various logs, around when there was a bunch of people all getting them at the same time

I have no partner so it must've been HS. Also maybe a more updated list of FAQs about belts?

They are pretty nice, especially for the price.

As far as mens shoes go wlshoes.com is a great resource imo

I think the FAQ should include a list of legendary logs (both successes and failures). I was unable to find out what YTF stands for until Mihkel05 kindly bumped YTF's log (many thanks).

Maybe we should just rename the forum to Strength and Fatness to more accurately reflect its current posters?

Or maybe even split it into a Strength Gain subforum and a Weight Loss one? (One would be able to maintain logs in both but that would seldom be necessary.)

I was making a modest proposal.

Thinly veiled plot to prevent Soulman from logging.
